One Month Old!

I can't believe how fast time passes. Greta is already almost 6 weeks, but I would like to share more pictures of her first month. There were a lot of firsts. Here are a few we got on camera:
First real bath - she was kicking!
First sporting event - Go Rockies!
First smile!
Aunt Katie came to visit over Mother's Day weekend. Greta had a great time, and got all dressed up in her first PINK outfit.

Likes:
- Feeding Time
- Her swing (but not swinging)
- Mommy singing Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star
- Car Rides
- Baths
- Lights

I'd like to think she likes Face Timing her family and long walks, but maybe thats just Mommy who likes that.

Dislikes:
- Poopy diapers
- Hunger
- Cold wipes

First Friends

Greta has been busy making friends already. First she met Harper and Riley, Jen and Caleb's twin girls, born last November, and Asa, Amy and Tony's little boy born a month before Greta. Jen and Amy are Dana's sorority sisters from her Trinity days.

Greta didn't get the memo that it was lunch time
Then she met Aiden, who's parents we met in childbirth prep class:

Greta also got to meet some Great Aunts, a Great Uncle, and a great Cousin (once removed?) as they passed through Denver:

Great Aunt Candace, and Great Uncle Jack, stopping by before checking on their house being built in Breckenridge
Cousin Jalyn and Great Aunt Jill. They were on their way to drop Jalyn off to work in Glacier for the summer
Of course we all know who is Greta's best friend...DUKE!! (Just don't tell him)

Introducing Greta Cline Strunk

For my first blog post I would like to rewind 6 weeks and post some pictures of Greta's first few weeks in this world. She was born April 13, 2012 at 8:20pm, 6lbs 10oz, 20in long, and perfect. Here are some pics from the hospital:

First bath - Not happy, but liked getting her hair washed

The next week my mom came in town, and we had a few photo sessions to try and get a perfect shot for the baby book. Here are a few of my favorites:

The last one is the one we ended up choosing for the birth announcement.

The last few pictures I want to post are of Grandma Patty (Adam's Mom) who was there the first week, and Nonny (my Mom), who came the next week. I couldn't have survived without their help. It was so nice of them to visit for so long, and I miss them every day.
